ABOUT THE PRAIRIE FUND
The Prairie Fund (formally The Prairie Excellence in Education Fund) is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves as a central source of financial support for Prairie Elementary, working to meet a broad range of teacher and student needs. Our mission is to provide critical resources that bridge gaps in public funding and enhance the educational experience for all students. Through our efforts, we help fund special programs, essential services, building enhancements, and innovative instructional support—fostering academic excellence, strengthening classroom instruction, and building a strong school community.

HOW WE FUNDRAISE
Prairie Auction
The Prairie Auction is our biggest fundraising event of the year. Each year features a new exciting theme, inviting all Prairie parents to enjoy delicious food, drinks, and dancing.
Grade-Level Parties
At the beginning of each school year, Grade Level Parties are organized for parents. Families from each grade come together to host an enjoyable evening, allowing you to connect with the parents of your child's classmates.
Sponorships
Local businesses play a critical role in our funding through our corporate sponsorship program.
